Licenses desired but not required: FINRA SIE; Series 7/66 or 6/63; CA Life and Health * Strong computer skills - ability to learn new systems quickly * Microsoft Office Suite - most important: Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote. Intermediate or better in Excel * CRM experience - Knowledge of Redtail would be a strong plus * Exceptional written and verbal communication * Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred, * Associate (Required), * Client services: 2 years (Required) * Microsoft Office: 4 years (Required) * CRM software: 2 years (Preferred) ## Description As the Client Implementation Specialist, you play a pivotal role in this growing financial planning practice. You are the operational engine behind the scenes - the conduit between the advisor team and our clients. You make sure paperwork is ready for client meetings, accurately completed, and submitted to our home office on time. You track every piece of business-in-motion, and you push it through to completion.
