 * Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, and hardware problems
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
 * Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
 * Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
 * Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
 * Train employees on new systems, software, and processes
 * Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades
 * Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures
 * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT support
