Experience * 5+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure engineering, or related fields. * Experience supporting on-premises or co-located data center environments. * Hands-on experience with enterprise storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and object storage platforms such as NetApp, Dell EMC, or Dell ECS. * Experience with backup and recovery platforms such as Commvault, Veeam, or Rubrik. * Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and vCenter HA., designing highly available virtual environments. * Understanding of storage performance tuning, capacity planning, and observability. * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery efforts. * Familiarity with hardware administration, RAID configuration, lifecycle management, and remote management tools such as iDRAC. * Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment., This role does not require a degree.
