## Description

* Provide L2L3 production support for business-critical applications.
 * Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys.
 * Troubleshoot job failures rerun jobs and handle scheduling issues.
 * Work on Oracle SQLPLSQL for data analysis issue investigation and fixes.
 * Support applications running on Unix Linux platforms.
 * Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
 * Handle incident problem and change management following ITIL processes.
 * Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures.
 * Coordinate with development database and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
 * Ensure SLA compliance and timely communication to stakeholders.
 * Maintain production documentation SOPs and runbooks.
 * Participate in on call and shift based support as required.
