## About the Role

Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, * 4+ years of BI development experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or other relevant expertise

 * Highly proficient in Tableau and/or Power BI including design, deployment, and performance optimization
 * Highly proficient in SQL
 * Understanding of data visualization and visual design best practices
 * Understanding of common data architecture and modelling concepts
 * Experience enabling a broader community of contributors (e.g. data analysts) in reporting efforts through mentorship, training, and defining standards
 * Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead design thinking sessions, demos, and trainings with stakeholders
 * Bonus skills that are a plus:
 + dbt, CI/CD, semantic layer experience
 + Python and Advanced Analytics experience
 + Experience with Agile delivery or product management

## Description

* Own end-to-end design and development of cross-functional dashboards and/or semantic models in core BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, and/or Cube.dev)
 * Collaborate independently with business stakeholders and engineers to define BI solutions that satisfy both user requirements and architectural standards
 * Apply advanced UX, visual design, and performance tuning techniques to optimize solutions and contribute to established quality standards
 * Support organizational growth and adoption of BI solutions by leading enablement efforts with business partners
 * Support overall strategy and scale by connecting metrics, data sources, and reporting assets across related domains.

 * Analytical - Breaks down complex problems using a methodical approach; evaluates data from multiple sources to generate insights and makes evidence-based recommendations within the team, This position is Hybrid, with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
