As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and technology are running smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible care to our patients., * Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients on a variety of hardware and software issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software, and hardware
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
 * Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance
 * Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems
 * Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
 * Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
 * Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions
 * Train employees on the use of new technology and software
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry
