## About the Role

* 7+ years of SAP ABAP and/or Fiori/UI5 and/or BTP development experience
 * Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
 * Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
 * Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities., * US Citizens only (no dual citizenship or OCI Holders)
 * Q Clearance and/or Top Secret clearance required
 * Ability to travel up to 75%

Nice to have:

 * SAP certification in relevant modules or development areas
 * Experience in leveraging emerging SAP technologies, such as S/4HANA, Fiori Elements, or SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), to deliver innovative solutions.

## Description

The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing. Responsibilities include:

 * Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
 * Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
 * Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
 * Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
 * Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
