## About the Role

+ Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant prior experience

 + Experience in technical leadership of an engineering team

 + Experience in radar-based surveillance and tracking applications supporting customer programs

 + Proficiency in the Ada and C programming language

 + Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start

Qualifications We Prefer

 + An advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related discipline

 + Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple algorithms including pulse-Doppler radar, surveillance track formation, monopulse tracking, and awareness/mitigation of environmental factors on RF propagation on land and at sea

 + Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, time, and resources to consistently meet demanding schedules

 + Experience supporting programs under the Phalanx/SeaRAM product line

 + Active Special Program Access
