## Description

The Tech Support Intern provides entry-level technical support and assists the IT team with day-to-day operations across Fathom's multi-site manufacturing and corporate environments. This role offers firsthand exposure to enterprise IT systems and service desk operations while supporting users under the guidance of senior IT staff., * Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.

 * Assist in resolving service desk tickets including password resets and device setup.
 * Support users across office and production environments.
 * Assist with device provisioning, inventory, and asset tracking.
 * Support Microsoft 365 user setup and troubleshooting
 * Follow IT security policies and report concerns.
 * Collaborating with IT team and participating in training
 * Lead several small projects for the IT Operations Team related to network documentation, asset inventorying, knowledge base population, and AD clean-up.
