## About the Role

* 2-4 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
 * Experience supporting multiple environments or locations
 * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)
 * Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
 * Ability to commute between San Francisco and South San Francisco sites
 * Bonus: experience with Intune and/or Azure AD

## Description

* Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, networking, and user account issues
 * Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments
 * Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software in accordance with IT standards
 * Support conference room AV systems and onsite vendor/network activities
 * Collaborate with remote IT teams on system rollouts, patching, and upgrades
 * Maintain IT inventory and assist with equipment lifecycle management
