DAY-TO-DAY
Our Maintenance Support - Office Administrator normally works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but we are flexible!
In this entry-level administrative position, you're the backbone of our daily operations. This is a dynamic role where you interact with customers and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service and positive experiences. As a key member of our team, you're responsible for answering phones, responding to questions, and completing accurate data entry. You interact with customers, tackle front desk duties, and assist our maintenance account manager as needed, playing a heavy hand in our office's success!
