Preferred Qualifications * SAP Public Sector ABAP development experience supporting WRICEF objects. * Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, SRM, and BW environments. * Experience with SAP Treasury, Banking, Investment Management, and Debt Management modules. * Experience supporting S/4HANA implementations and migrations. * Project Management experience. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, Project). Development & Technical Leadership * Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into SAP ABAP solutions. * Design, develop, configure, test, document, and implement SAP Treasury-related functionality. * Build and maintain high-performance SAP ABAP programs and applications. * Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions (WRICEF objects). * Support SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA upgrade activities. * Apply performance tuning, troubleshooting, OSS notes, and support pack implementation. * Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. * Extract and process data from spreadsheets, flat files, and non-traditional data sources. Training & Knowledge Transfer * Provide formal and informal knowledge transfer to team members. * Conduct peer coaching, paired programming, documentation, and classroom training sessions. * Develop technical documentation and training materials.
