This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional with 1 to 2 years of technical support, desktop support, or help desk experience who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The IT Technician will help ensure computers, printers, routers, networks, and voting-related technology are properly configured, tested, maintained, and ready for use before and during election operations.
