Manage the enterprise Change Management calendar, tracking overlapping frontline impacts and balancing volume and timing to reduce change fatigue for bankers and associates. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption of CRM and sales tools, packaging enablement kits such as playbooks, quick-start guides, FAQs, and training videos for each release. Champion communications strategy and the Change Champion program, maintaining an internal enablement site with resources and best practices.
