## About the Role

* Experience in gathering and eliciting business requirements from stakeholders and system artifacts, and maintaining requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Experience in developing business requirements and preparing detailed documentation including use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
 * Experience in creating test plans and test cases, and executing functional, system, and regression testing while ensuring complete test coverage through requirement traceability.
 * Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking application defects to resolution, including performing retesting and validation of fixes.
 * Experience in providing support for business applications in a help-desk or production support environment, ensuring timely issue resolution and user assistance.
