The successful candidate will work closely with Federal Engineering Leadership and program teams to facilitate overall operations and help lead projects to enable key business priorities., * Assist in the development of project plans, technical drawings, and specifications. * Assist with conducting laboratory or field tests, collect data, and analyze results to ensure product or system integrity. * Maintain detailed records of design iterations, technical reports, and project milestones. * Participate in cross-functional team meetings to contribute ideas and provide updates on assigned tasks. * Identify technical bottlenecks and propose creative, efficient solutions under the guidance of a mentor. * Assist with the development of an integration lab, setting up and configuring IT equipment and software to support customer demonstrations and testing. * Assist with customer deliverables, including building and configuring IT equipment and software to meet customer requirements. * Assist with hardware procurement and installation, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. * Lead small projects to enable key business priorities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. * Assist with the creation of reports and presentations., We strive to create an environment where all employees are empowered to succeed based on their skills, performance, and dedication.
