## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk, IT Support, IT Procurement, or a similar role.

 * Experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment.
 * Knowledge of IT hardware procurement processes and vendor coordination.
 * Experience with Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management.
 * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, and reporting.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst with experience supporting both IT operations and procurement-related activities. This role combines traditional service desk responsibilities with IT hardware procurement and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical troubleshooting skills and functional procurement knowledge, enabling them to support end users while assisting with hardware purchasing and inventory processes., * Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

 * Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA requirements.
 * Troubleshoot end-user issues related to laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, and standard business applications.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
 * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support activities.

Procurement & Asset Management Support

 * Support procurement activities for IT hardware, including laptops, peripherals, monitors, accessories, and mobility devices.
 * Assist with vendor communication, quotation review, and purchase request processing.
 * Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the procurement lifecycle.
 * Coordinate hardware ordering, receiving, deployment, and asset tracking activities.
 * Ensure alignment between inventory records, asset management systems, and CMDB/CMDM repositories.
 * Monitor hardware inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
 * Support audits and asset reconciliation activities.

Reporting & Analysis

 * Generate and maintain procurement, inventory, and service desk reports.
 * Perform data analysis using Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
 * Create dashboards, trackers, and periodic status reports for management.
 * Ensure data accuracy across procurement, inventory, and asset management systems.
