## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * 3-5+ years experience in data centers or Co-Lo's

 * Technical experience within cabling, server install/troubleshooting, hardware fix/installs, rack/stack
 * Any experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc
 * Any level of experience running cables, testing or terminating would be a plus
 * Any exposure to building automation systems and interacting with HVAC, generator systems and overall facility systems.

## Description

Duties include walking facility; monitor alarms for issues with network, servers, wifi, hardware and escalate if needed; troubleshooting basic cable, server, hardware issues; support deliveries that arrive; move cable/reboot server if needed; manage alarms and escalate to on-call techs; any basic understanding of UPS/power generators/HVAC / facility systems would be ideal
