 * Design, develop, test, and implement online and batch programs for complex eligibility systems
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
 * Troubleshoot and debug mainframe applications to ensure optimal performance
 * Document technical designs and participate in testing phases
