## Description

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to support application development and system enhancement initiatives for a state-level client. The role involves understanding business objectives, analyzing system capabilities, and recommending effective solutions while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Analyze business objectives and operational procedures to identify system improvements and automation opportunities

 * Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts
 * Create use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and system documentation
 * Perform cost/benefit analysis and evaluate alternative solutions
 * Ensure system design complies with established standards
 * Conduct testing including test data preparation, execution, and defect resolution
 * Provide status updates and communicate risks/issues to stakeholders
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, DBAs, project managers)
 * Maintain updates in ticketing systems and ensure transparency
 * Facilitate knowledge transfer through documentation and training sessions
