## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, and experience working alongside data analysts, engineers, and business teams in delivering scalable analytics solutions., * Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

 * Candidate should have the Wealth Management experience.
 * 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
 * Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
 * Experience working on Data Analytics / Business Intelligence projects.
 * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
 * Understanding of data workflows, reporting processes, and analytics delivery lifecycle.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications.
 * Exposure to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or analytics platforms.
 * Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise data environments.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for data-driven projects. This role requires a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs that support business decision-making., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

 * Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
 * Work closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineering teams to align delivery with business priorities.
 * Remove blockers and resolve dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
 * Track sprint progress, team velocity, and key performance indicators.
 * Support the delivery of data analytics initiatives, including dashboards, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
 * Ensure effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
 * Drive transparency in project status, risks, and delivery timelines.
 * Foster a high-performing and accountable Agile team culture.
