Provides application support, including installation, release management, and configuration. * Troubleshoots client related issues for assigned enterprise application software. * Conducts capacity planning and change management for assigned enterprise application software. * Maintains application specific access management and security support. * Provides consultative support for other teams and customers regarding enterprise applications. * Coordinates outsourcing activities for assigned enterprise applications. * Researches, analyzes, and recommends new software.
