Lead major system integrations, ensures accurate transmission of financial and operational data between platforms, and provides expert-level technical troubleshooting and programming support. Working under the general direction of the Executive Director of Facilities Management, provides direct or functional supervision to Facilities Management's technology employees. This position is the University's primary point of contact for all IT-related technical matters within Facilities Management. Execute major configuration changes in the IWMS, develops new integrations, may need to write and maintain code (including SQL, Python, and related languages), and ensures the consistency and data integrity required to support the University's Strategic Asset Management Plan and operational needs. Responsible for Facility Management's hardware planning, documentation, budgeting, and implementation.
