Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant professional experience. A successful candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical subject matter into clear, engaging learning experiences. Attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and collaboration skills are essential. This position requires proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and experience using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, course management, and learner reporting are strongly preferred. Candidate must be a team player while maintaining a proactive, positive, and service-oriented attitude. Travel is minimal and may include occasional visits to RVIA/RVTI offices or meetings with internal teams, generally limited to one to two trips annually. ## Description This position supports the development and delivery of digital learning programs that advance workforce training initiatives within the RV Technical Institute (RVTI). The Instructional Design & Learning Systems manager plays a key role in designing engaging eLearning content, supporting learning management system operations, and collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective training experiences that support RVTI's vision of being the proactive leader in promoting the health, growth, and expansion of the RV industry.
