Preferred Skills (The "Plus" List) * Exposure to cloud security and compliance dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Purview). * Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms or centralized IT ticketing systems. * Experience troubleshooting Office 365 desktop apps and mail flow issues * Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC2). ## Description The Junior Cloud Administrator Focus: Microsoft 365 & Cloud Operations will support the IT team in maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on the Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ecosystem.
