This is a front-line support role serving approximately 200 end users across our portfolio of residential communities and corporate office. You will be the first point of contact for business software support, user account administration, onboarding, and day-to-day technology assistance. You'll be trained directly by our current IT Specialist, who is transitioning into a network and infrastructure role within the department. This provides a unique opportunity to learn from someone with firsthand knowledge of both the position and the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, enjoys helping people solve problems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You do not need to be deeply technical on day one. We are looking for someone who is sharp, coachable, dependable, and eager to learn.
