Skills & Knowledge Required * Knowledge of healthcare technology laws, regulations, and best practices related to HIPAA and HITECH. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and incident response. * Knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud services, endpoint management, and system administration. * Ability to design and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks. * Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to train and support technical staff and end users. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. * Ability to adapt to change and perform under stressful situations. * Access to reliable transportation, auto insurance, and home internet service. ## Description * Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all information technology functions. * Partner with VP of Operations to develop and implement IT strategy and policies. * Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and HIPAA compliance. * Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud services, and endpoints. * Serve as backup technical support for the System Administrator during absences, escalations, or critical incidents. * Define escalation paths, standards, and responsibilities for IT operations. * Lead vendor management and the transition from external MSPs to internal IT operations. * Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. * Ensure technology supports operational efficiency, security, and organizational growth.
