 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
 * Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

## Description

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a dynamic, multi-functional role. The Graphic Design, IT & Administrative Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily operations by combining visual design expertise, basic IT support, and administrative coordination., * Design, develop, and maintain marketing materials including digital and print assets

 * Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
 * Assist in creating promotional content for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, * Provide first-level technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Assist with setup and maintenance of office technology, systems, and equipment
 * Coordinate with external IT providers as needed to resolve more complex issues

Administrative Support

 * Provide general administrative assistance including scheduling, coordination, and organization of office operations
 * Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems
 * Support cross-functional team needs and ensure smooth day-to-day workflows

General Responsibilities

 * Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
 * Prioritize and manage multiple projects independently
 * Collaborate effectively with team members while demonstrating strong self-direction
