The Production Services Specialist will support Global Financial Crimes (GFC) technology, specifically within the Sanctions portfolio, which is part of a broader Compliance organization that includes AML, Sanctions, and Portfolio Disclosures. This role is focused on Tier 1, mission critical applications that perform real time screening of customer and payment data prior to transaction processing, identifying potential sanctions watchlist matches and alerts and partnering with upstream teams to determine whether payments should be approved or processed. The specialist executes daily production support activities including application monitoring, incident and request management, problem investigation, root cause documentation, disaster recovery and application recovery certification exercises, and application capacity management. The role also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders-primarily the Global Payments team-as well as direct engagement with third party vendor application providers.
