Nice-to-Have Skills * Experience with backlog grooming and user story writing. * Familiarity with testing coordination and UAT processes. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. ## Description We are seeking a Salesforce Agile Project Manager to support a customer in McLean, VA. This contracting role will lead Salesforce-related initiatives from planning through delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to ensure timely, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with Agile delivery experience and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams., * Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through closeout, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and delivery outcomes. * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and translate needs into actionable project plans. * Manage Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. * Create and maintain project schedules, action logs, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation. * Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts, QA, and business users to ensure seamless execution. * Track risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, escalating as needed to keep work on track. * Support user story development, prioritization, and acceptance criteria refinement. * Facilitate testing coordination, UAT support, and resolution of defects or process gaps. * Communicate progress, milestones, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership. * Ensure work aligns with customer goals, delivery standards, and Salesforce best practices., This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Agile Project Manager who understands Salesforce delivery and enjoys working directly with customers.
