Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # IT Tech - **Company:** Legends Limited - **Location:** Lincoln, NE, United States - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Windows, Adobe Photoshop, Computer Programming, Networking Hardware, Microsoft Office, Routing, Server Administration, Wireless Networks, Internet Protocol Telephony, Ribbon (Software), Peripherals, Laptops, Network Server, Cisco - **Published:** June 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.teamworkonline.com/arenas-facilities-jobs/asm-global-jobs/asm-global-jobs/it-tech-2173783 ## About the Role Position requires ability to: * Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use and maintenance of Desktop and Laptop computers. * Demonstrable proper knowledge and technique in the use of Microsoft Windows Software, Microsoft Office Products, Basic Routing and Networking (Cisco), Basic Server Maintenance and Cabling. * Cisco Managed Switch Programming a plus. * Demonstrable proper knowledge and use of all procedures, techniques, machines, materials, equipment and tools used in technical construction and maintenance. * Possess knowledge and experience in industry terminology, event-related services, facility capabilities and technical requirements for the types of events anticipated at the facility. * Possess an understanding of facility's electrical, mechanical and other systems. * Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patron and others encountered in the course of employment. * Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings and other related materials. * Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form. * Meet physical demands of job, which entail climbing, lifting and carrying. * Be licensed and insured to operate a motor vehicle in the United States. * Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur., Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and two years related experience and/or training - or an equivalent combination of education or experience. ## Description * Assist with Repair/Inventory of all Network Equipment including PCs & Laptops/Peripherals/Servers/Switches. * Assist with basic graphic design in Adobe Photoshop/Canva * Provide Help Desk Support for Windows versions, MS Office versions, Outlook365 and a variety of other programs. * Provide assistance in Window Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 Management. * Work with IT/AV related Software/Hardware.
