 * IT related Associate's degree or 2 years of equivalent recent experience

## Description

We're looking for a customer focused IT Operation Admin to support employees across multiple locations by delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining reliable IT infrastructure. In this hands on role, you'll troubleshoot issues, deploy and manage equipment, support cloud and on prem systems, and collaborate on projects that keep the organization running smoothly.

What You'll Do

End User Support & Service

 * Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, ticketing system , and in person for onsite employees
 * Deliver remote support to other company locations
 * Anticipate user needs and adapt communication style based on situation
 * Participate in a rotational on call schedule , including evenings and weekends as required

Hardware, Software & Infrastructure Support

 * Order, configure, deploy, and manage lifecycle of new and used equipment
 * Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, including:
 * Computers and laptops
 * Phones and servers
 * Network devices
 * Access control systems, cameras, and badges
 * Low voltage cabling termination
 * Assist with installation, licensing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and applications
 * Support user account creation, access permissions, and group memberships

Projects, Documentation & Process

 * Support IT projects as assigned (upgrades, rollouts, implementations)
 * Create and maintain clear documentation for incidents, projects, and inventory
 * Contribute to continual improvement of IT processes and service delivery
