In this role, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders to bring their vision to life, delivering clean, intuitive, and production-ready designs using Figma. Responsibilities. This is a remote role working EST hours for a pay range of $45-55/hr based on expereince. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop design concepts, and iterate on website layouts Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines provided by external branding partners Deliver well-organized, developer-ready Figma files to support a smooth handoff to the development team Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
