Do you have experience in Terraform?

## Description

* Servers, storage systems, and racks
 * Network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
 * Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and decommissions
 * Cable management (fiber and copper patching)
 * Rack and stack equipment for new customer deployments
 * Patch firmware and systems where applicable

Customer Support (Key in Multi-Customer DCs)
Provide remote hands services, such as:

 * Rebooting servers
 * Swapping drives or cables
 * Checking indicator lights or console output
 * Change Management & Documentation

Follow strict change control processes
Maintain accurate documentation:

 * Rack layouts
 * Network diagrams
 * Asset inventory
 * Log all work performed for auditing and compliance

Vendor & Hardware Coordination
Work with vendors for:

 * Hardware repairs (RMA)
 * Maintenance contracts
 * Schedule and supervise third-party work
