This is a hands-on senior administrator role, not an architecture-only or project-only position. You will work primarily from our Tempe office, supporting multiple client environments across Arizona and nationwide. Occasional onsite travel within the Phoenix metro area is required., * Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and workstation environments * Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points * Resolve routing, VLAN, VPN, and network security issues * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 technicians * Create and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, and client documentation in IT Glue * Accurately track work in ConnectWise Manage * Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotation * Travel onsite within the Phoenix metro area as required (planned in advance), * This is an in-office role Monday- Friday in Tempe.
