The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy, and a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure., * 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing (EUC), or Workplace Technology Support. * Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. * Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11 and iOS corporate devices. * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and applications. * Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components, including: * Windows Servers * Network devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points) * Enterprise Applications * Endpoint Security Solutions * Storage and File Services * Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi. * Experience with device imaging, software deployment, and endpoint management tools. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services. * Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
