Do you have experience in macOS support?, We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service., * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks

## Description

* Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory

 * Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
 * Respond to IT emergencies outside of regular business hours, as needed
