Preferred Skills * Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager. * Experience supporting large-scale deployment or migration projects. * Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments. * Knowledge of asset management and device lifecycle processes., * 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC Support, Deployment Support, or IT Support roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint support. * Experience working in onsite enterprise environments. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Work Environment * Fully onsite position based in Kennewick, WA. * Fast-paced enterprise deployment environment. * Physical handling of IT equipment may be required. * Ability to support users across multiple deployment phases and schedules. This role is ideal for candidates with strong desktop deployment and end-user support experience who can contribute to a successful enterprise-wide Windows 11 migration initiative. ## Description We are seeking experienced EUC Support Engineers / Deployment Support Engineers to support a large-scale Windows 11 migration project for an enterprise manufacturing environment.
