This is structured, hands-on, repetitive work. Every repair follows a standard operating procedure. Every device gets a full QA check. Every workspace stays clean and organized. We're looking for someone who: * Likes following a process and does it the same way every time * Takes pride in doing it right, not just getting it done * Can work at a steady, reliable pace with minimal supervision * Asks questions early rather than guessing * Wants to understand why a step exists, not just what to do You don't need a technical background. If you come from assembly, quality inspection, warehouse kitting, food prep with standards, automotive work, or electronics as a hobby - you may be a great fit. If you've ever used an SOP, followed a checklist, or can describe a personal system you use to stay organized and consistent, we want to hear from you.
