Key Responsibilities

 * Perform break-fix repairs on Dell laptops and desktops
 * Replace hardware components including:

 * Motherboards
 * LCD screens
 * Hard drives
 * Keyboards
 * PC peripherals
 * Complete whole-unit swaps when necessary
