Must have excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair network connectivity Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills, able to absorb and relate to new technical concepts quickly and build on knowledge learned Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly and ability to relay technical concepts to a business audience. Be able to effectively write and maintain technical documentation Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses Minimum Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical discipline preferred. 5+ year experience in office infrastructure, office technologies Expert level operation of Windows operating systems Proficient operation of Microsoft Office 2010 and higher and other basic Microsoft Windows applications PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone (iOS and Android) configuration and troubleshooting MAC experienced preferred Strong diagnostic, problem resolution and proactive monitoring skills ## Description Responsible for performing all of the necessary technical work for managing customer IT infrastructure Provide troubleshooting and resolution for desktop/laptop hardware and software related problems.
