## About the Role

Do you have experience in System design for system development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

 * 5+ years of professional software development experience
 * Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go
 * Experience building and maintaining enterprise-level applications
 * Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
 * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

 * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Experience working within Agile development environments
 * Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in Minneapolis. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable software solutions that power critical business operations and customer-facing platforms.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, Quality Assurance teams, and fellow Software Engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality software while maintaining performance, security, and scalability standards.

Work Environment & Schedule

 * Full-time position (40 hours per week)
 * Monday through Friday schedule
 * Core business hours typically between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
 * Hybrid work arrangement available following onboarding
 * Occasional flexibility may be required to support deployments or critical production issues
 * Collaborative and team-oriented engineering environment

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

 * Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and services
 * Build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that support business objectives
 * Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions
 * Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues
 * Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services

Technical Leadership

 * Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
 * Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes
 * Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps and platform improvements
 * Assist in evaluating new technologies, frameworks, and tools
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization

Collaboration & Delivery

 * Work closely with Product Management to refine requirements and technical solutions
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities
 * Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality and successful releases
 * Communicate project status, technical challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders
 * Contribute to a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
