Qualifications:

 * Experience developing enterprise .NET applications required
 * Experience with Oracle database development required
 * Experience supporting MVC and CSLA framework-based systems preferred
 * Experience supporting mission-critical business systems required

## Description

Job Description:Seeking an experienced Systems Developer to support enterprise .NET and Oracle application development initiatives for mission-critical juvenile justice systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in .NET development, Oracle PL/SQL programming, MVC architecture, enterprise application support, and system enhancement activities. This role requires designing, developing, testing, and maintaining business-critical applications while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to support system modernization, enhancements, and operational support., * Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise .NET web applications and business functionality

 * Design and implement application screens, workflows, and enterprise software components
 * Develop complex solutions using VB.NET and C# technologies
 * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
 * Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions
 * Perform unit testing, debugging, defect remediation, and quality assurance activities
 * Support technical design, system architecture, and enterprise development activities
 * Assist with juvenile justice system data requests, integrations, and reporting support
 * Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and operational artifacts

Additional Responsibilities:

 * Participate in relational database design and system architecture activities
 * Support deployments, production releases, and environment migration efforts
 * Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support initiatives
 * Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support cross-functional collaboration
 * Follow enterprise software development standards, coding best practices, and governance procedures
