The MI team operates a business intelligence platform that enables enterprise-wide, data-driven decision-making. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the reliability, availability, and quality of this high-impact platform. This is a leadership-leaning role with real engineering teeth: you'll mentor engineers, unblock execution, set technical direction, and quietly hold the line on quality across the platform. Responsibilities Gather stakeholder requirements, assess available data, and develop solutions for delivering key metrics. Break down complex work into actionable steps that demonstrate consistent progress. Remove technical obstacles, manage expectations, and support team execution.
