## About the Role

* 2+ years of IT support experience in a hands-on, onsite environment
 * Experience with hardware troubleshooting and printer support (Zebra preferred)
 * Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse devices (preferred)
 * Experience working in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments (strongly preferred)
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

## Description

* Provide onsite, in-person technical support for warehouse and distribution employees
 * Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 technical issues via service tickets (ServiceNow or similar)
 * Perform hardware support and device triage, including Dell laptops, desktops, monitors, RF scan guns, Zebra printers, and label printing equipment
 * Support printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (enterprise and warehouse printers)
 * Execute device imaging, setup, deployment, and upgrades to ensure operational efficiency
