We are seeking a full-time IT Support Technician with 5 or more years of experience that is devoted to all aspects of help desk, troubleshooting, computer network, workstation, server, and auxiliary device support and maintenance. The IT Support Technician should be skilled to deal directly with the user, offering advice, training, solutions, and guidance. This role will work on-site at various customer locations as needed (about 3 days a week), as well as work from your home the remainder of the week. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
