The role is a key leader in the "Dual-Pillar" Enterprise Technology Platform organization and is accountable for ensuring global operational stability, compute, and connectivity and leads a team responsible for the architecture, delivery, and proactive 24/7 monitoring of these technologies, ensuring uncompromising high availability and rapid incident resolution. This role acts as a people leader directing a globally dispersed workforce across the US, India (Bengaluru), and the Philippines (Manila), alongside managed service partners and contractor resources.
