## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum High school degree or equivalent certification; vocational technical training or above preferred

 * Ability to communicate effectively while showing care and attention to end-user needs
 * Experience with software and OS including Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, Office, Google Docs, OneDrive, etc…
 * Understanding of basic hardware, including laptops, desktops and printers
 * Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems involving software, hardware or combination of the two
 * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
 * Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and ChromeOS, and iOS devices
 * Good organizational skills
 * Ability to prioritize
 * Self-starter and able to work independently
