 + Operations Tech: Expertise in managing vendor relations, system integrations, and operational workflows.
 + Project Management: Proven track record in strategic road mapping and cross-functional coordination.
 + AI Savvy: Familiarity with emerging AI applications (preferred).

 + Deep expertise in system lifecycle management (POS, CRM, ERP, call center platforms, etc.).

 + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
 + A positive, adaptable attitude-and a sense of humor.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA highly preferred.
 * Schedule / in-office requirements:
 + Travel Required (25%)

## Description

As a Director of Systems supporting the Five Star Painting brand, you will:

 * Own Core Platforms: Drive performance and reliability for POS, CRM, websites, and call centers.
 * Strategy & Roadmap: Lead system planning, release cycles, and long-term improvements.
 * Support & Escalation: Act as the primary lead for critical system issues and resolutions.
 * Partnerships: Collaborate with tech, vendors, and ops to drive tool adoption and optimization.
 * Standardization: Streamline tools and processes to eliminate duplication across platforms.
 * Data & Insights: Build dashboards and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
 * Vendor Management: Manage external partners to ensure quality and aligned priorities.
 * Training & Expertise: Provide subject-matter expertise and training to franchisees and internal teams.
