This role supports program design, facilitation, evaluation, and administrative coordination to ensure effective service delivery. The CoRe Coordinator promotes positive youth development through fostering courage, cooperation, respect, and resourcefulness, while supporting staff and maintaining alignment with program and agency standards., * Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the CoRe program to ensure quality and effectiveness * Ensure culturally responsive and youth-centered service delivery aligned with ASC values and community needs * Support positive youth development outcomes by fostering courage, cooperation, respect, and resourcefulness * Provide leadership and oversight to program staff to maintain high-quality service delivery * Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and agency standards * Strengthen community relationships to support program visibility and engagement * Utilize data and evaluation to support continuous program improvement and accountability, Program Facilitation and Coordination * Ensure CoRe contractual and financial goals are met in accordance with internal and external agreements * Provide leadership, training, and supervision to CoRe staff and interns, including ongoing administrative oversight and support * Monitor and evaluate staff performance and program effectiveness; use data to support continuous improvement * Collaborate with CoRe Facilitators and the Director of Behavioral Health to implement program plans, budgets, and training initiatives * Ensure staff utilize evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and other interventions * Facilitate CoRe Gaming groups for youth across a variety of settings * Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of CoRe curriculum * Participate in agency and program operations, including meetings, supervision, and consultation * Promote program quality by implementing best practices and meeting external standard * Perform other duties as assigned.
